Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Perrysburg, OH crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Rodents also gnaw on electrical wiring, which turns a nuisance problem into a genuine fire-safety concern if it goes unaddressed.
Our team is trained in structural exclusion work, not just trap placement — sealing gaps as small as a quarter-inch that mice can squeeze through.
We route technicians fast when a Perrysburg, OH customer reports fresh droppings, gnawing, or attic noise — those signs mean the population is active now.
No per-trap billing surprises — you get one number covering removal and sealing, quoted after inspection.
Our trucks stock exclusion-grade hardware cloth, rodent-proof sealant, and attic sanitizing agents, not just consumer traps. Each exclusion job comes with before-and-after documentation of the sealed gaps, so you know exactly what was done and where.
Norway rats burrow at grade, so we focus on foundation perimeters, deck footings, and crawl space vents.
Roof rats travel via power lines and tree branches into attics — we seal roofline gaps, vents, and eaves specifically.
Mouse control centers on finding every small gap, since a single unsealed opening undoes the whole job.
After removal, we clean contaminated insulation and sanitize affected areas per industry biohazard handling standards.
Exclusion work means permanent barriers — not just trap removal — so rodents can't simply come back through the same gap.
Scheduled monitoring and bait station servicing for property managers needing ongoing compliance documentation.
Tell dispatch where you're hearing activity — attic, walls, or kitchen — and whether you've seen droppings or gnaw marks.
We show up prepared to both trap and seal, so there's no separate follow-up trip just to bring supplies.
The inspection identifies both the rodent species and every access point, from foundation cracks to roofline gaps.
Traps are set, entry points sealed, and a follow-up check scheduled to confirm the population is fully cleared.

We dispatch Perrysburg, OH technicians throughout Perrysburg and neighboring areas, with particular attention to older homes and properties near wooded lots where rodent pressure tends to run higher. We keep an eye on seasonal rodent migration patterns around Perrysburg, which helps us anticipate calls before they spike.
Gnaw marks, dropping size, and even the sound of movement in walls all help distinguish rats from mice — the technician will confirm on inspection.
Exclusion is the permanent fix — trapping without sealing just clears the current population while leaving the door open for the next one.
We'd recommend waiting — disturbed rodent droppings can aerosolize particles, and our technicians use proper PPE and sanitizing agents for safe cleanup.
Most single-family homes take one visit for trapping and sealing, with a follow-up 1-2 weeks later to confirm no new activity.
Snap traps and sealing come first; bait stations are reserved for specific situations like commercial perimeter control.
Pet food left out, compost piles, and gaps around utility lines are frequent culprits we flag during inspection. We often recommend homeowners do a seasonal walk-around of the foundation, since new gaps can open up after freeze-thaw cycles.
